# Jig Generator

> Free browser-based tool that turns an STL file into a print jig / fixture for the eufyMake E1 UV printer. It generates laser-cut jig sheets (DXF/SVG), a 3D-printable jig (STL), and an eufyMake Studio placement template (PNG/SVG). Everything runs client-side in the browser: STL files and generated outputs never leave the user's device.

## What it does

- Upload one to three STL files of parts you want to UV-print on; each object gets its own orientation, pocket shape (traced silhouette or rectangle), clearance, and quantity.
- The layout engine automatically arranges all copies on the printer flatbed (Mini 333 × 88 mm, Large 333 × 418 mm, or custom size), using grid, staggered-row, and zigzag nesting strategies that respect the real part outlines; pieces can also be repositioned by dragging.
- Outputs: laser-cutting files (pocket sheet + base sheet as DXF/SVG, red = cut, blue = score), a watertight 3D-printable jig STL with recessed pockets, and a bed-sized placement template (PNG at chosen DPI, or SVG) for aligning artwork in eufyMake Studio.
- Jobs (settings + STLs) can be saved in the browser and exported/imported as JSON.
