Each object gets its own orientation, pocket shape and quantity. They stack into bands on one jig. Drag the dark preview to inspect orientation.

Bed

Layout

3D-printed jig

Plate with recessed pockets. With the alignment frame adapter option (Setup tab, Mini bed) the plate becomes 334 × 90 mm with rounded corners: full length with the Full-bed footprint, or shortened to your parts with the Tight footprint — then slide it against the frame's right edge; the template stays full-bed-sized with the pockets placed to match. Set base thickness = 0 for through-holes (no floor); the part then rests on the printer bed.

Laser jig cut sheet

Build: solid base sheet + this pocket sheet, bonded. Pocket depth = stack of 1× 3mm.

Jigs and templates for the xTool O1 Omni

Select the Standard (330 × 122 mm) or Large (330 × 420 mm) print bed, drop the STL of the part you print on, set the quantity, and download a 3D-printable jig with pockets shaped like your part, plus a bed-sized placement template and contour file to line up your artwork in xTool Studio. The preview shows the O1 bed mat with its cm and inch rulers, so pocket positions read like the real bed.

The jig plate can cover the full bed or, with the Tight footprint, just your parts. Templates and contour files are exported at the exact bed size, so they import into xTool Studio at 1:1 with no scaling.
